Katalyst Software Services Limited promotes Bhavik Shah to Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing
Here at Katalyst Software Services Limited, we believe in rewarding our employees who have performed exceptionally in service of our company with opportunities to advance. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Bhavik Shah from his current position with Katalyst as Head – Industrial Machinery to Vice President – Global Engineering and Manufacturing. Bhavik has been with Katalyst since 2017 and has proven himself to be a valuable contributor and leader for our Engineering and Manufacturing vertical both on the business development side and in technical delivery of complex engineering engagements. In his new role, Bhavik will take complete responsibility of all personnel and activity being performed by our off-shore teams.
Bhavik’s most recent engagement prior to Katalyst was with a multi-billion-dollar U.S-based global producer of construction cranes. Bhavik had complete P&L responsibility of their engineering team staffed with over 100 engineering associates, which was located in Pune, India. Some of Bhavik’s team now work for Katalyst in service of this company’s operations in Germany.
This announcement comes at a time of dynamic growth for the Engineering and Manufacturing vertical. Significant clients on both the Engineering and on the Manufacture-to-Order sides of the business have resulted in expanded opportunities for Katalyst but also in expanded delivery responsibilities, which have proven to be critical to the continued rapid success.
